Job Summary

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Administration Assistant – Plumbing/Building is responsible for all installation, maintenance, and repairing of drainage and waste systems, and plumbing fixtures and
appurtenances following recognized procedures and techniques of the trade of plumber or construction.

 

Duties And Responsibilities


 

The Incumbent reports to Administration Controller
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
2. Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
3. Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
4. Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
5. Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required

Qualifications And Experience


 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5 ‘0’ Levels including Maths and English.
• Class 1 Artisan Certificate in plumbing or building.
• 2 years post qualification experience.
• Class 4 driver’s license.
