Affinity Channels Manager

Job Summary


 

Applications are invited to fill in the vacant position of Affinity Channels Manager that has arisen within our organisation. The Affinity Channels Manager will report to
the Bancassurance & Alternative Distribution Manager and be responsible for growing affinity business and driving the portfolio sales targets.

 

Duties And Responsibilities


 

Duties and Responsibilities:
• On-boarding of new affinity groups and partnerships
• Driving embedded products propositions and affinity groups sales
• Supporting the channel partners through relationship management
• Engaging the members/representatives/employees of the affinity groups in regular discussions to enhance their knowledge about insurance and products
• Retention of existing business
• Ensuring that all service requirements are met, facilitated, and customers are satisfied
• Spearhead all lead generation initiatives from the bank acquired through online, walk in, data mining and referrals

Qualifications And Experience


 

Required Candidate should have the following:

Work experience
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Insurance / Banking / Marketing/ Finance / FMCG

Qualifications
• Marketing/Insurance or Business-Related Degree or equivalent
