Lady above the age of 35 years is required to take up the post of Bookkeeper/Administrator. Must have a Degree/Higher National Diploma in Accounting with more than 5 years’ experience and must be able to manage and run accounting and payroll software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (BULAWAYO BASED APPLICANTS ONLY).
Duties And Responsibilities
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions, Update and maintain the general ledger, Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system, Recording of debits and credits, Maintain the trial balance, by a reconciliation of general ledgers, Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions, Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
Monitor any variances from the projected budget, Including preparation of financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications And Experience
Must have a Degree/Higher National Diploma in Accounting with more than 5 years’ experience
