Job Summary


 

A member of the SME Association of Zimbabwe is looking for a suitably qualified recent graduate/diploma holder to maintain it’s record and also perform any other administrative tasks as required.

 

Duties And Responsibilities


 

Duties and Responsibilities

Daily capturing of transactions into the system and highlighting any errors (It is a new system)
Managing collections of daily takings (cash, ecocash and bank receips) and reporting to management
Monthly preparation of management accounts
Manage accounts payable (Compliance, suppliers etc)
Sending out quotations and following up payments
Stock taking (monthly) and daily/biweekly maintenance of stock records
Maintenance/filing of company records and any other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications And Experience


 

Qualifications and Experience
A diploma holder from a recognized Tertiary institution or a recent graduate from a university with a minimum of 1 year experience

Personal attributes
Able to work independently after going through the induction
Ability to meet deadlines and goal oriented
Quick thinker and problem solver
An individual willing to grow with the business
