Buying Clerk

Job Summary


 

Our client is looking for a Purchasing Clerk to assist us with filling internal inventory needs. The incumbent will be responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and maintaining purchasing records

 

Duties And Responsibilities


 

– Negotiate pricing of raw materials, products, or supplies
– Create purchase orders
– Track incoming orders
– Reconcile inventory counts
– Assist with other tasks assigned by the purchasing manager

 

Qualifications And Experience


 

– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain management/procurement
– Computer proficiency
