Merchant Services Manager – Southern Region

Job Summary


A vacancy has arisen within Digital Financial Services Department for a qualified and experienced Merchant Services Manager.


Duties And Responsibilities


 Oversees management of key merchant relationships and spearheads on boarding of new merchants.
 Coordinates a team of Account Executives to support merchants across the region.
 Planning and developing tactical operational plans for management of Merchant Services products.
 Recommends product enhancements, new use cases and pricing initiatives with the aim of influencing increased product usage.
 Identifying and strategizing business initiatives to drive growth in deployment of new technologies under the ecommerce and digital payments portfolio.
 Supports market research efforts and proposes relevant interventions for Merchant Services & payments.

 Managing relationships with other banks, fintechs, vendors, partners and card schemes, and establishing working relationships with new stakeholders.
 Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for product performance management and tracking
