Job Summary


 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced, self-motivated and task oriented individuals to fill the positions that have arisen within Hwange Local Board.

 

Duties And Responsibilities


 

Duties and Responsibilities
 Sourcing of quotations for procurement of all goods and services
 Assisting the Procurement officer in the preparation of bidding documents
 Typing letters, reports, agendas and minutes of all procurement proceedings
 Maintaining records of all procurement and disposals proceedings
 Stores management and maintenance of inventory levels
 Any other lawful duties assigned by the procurement officer

 

Qualifications And Experience


 

Qualifications and Experience
 Five (5) “0 Levels including English Language and Mathematics
 A National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply / Procurement and Supply Chain
 A Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply will be an added advantage
 Must be Computer literate
