Front Office Management

 

Duties And Responsibilities


 

Receive clients and visitors, answer, screen and direct them to relevant departments
Make calls for and relay messages to staff members, writing messages and distributing them to relevant people
Answering calls and providing information about services offered
Create and maintain a tracking system to the delivery and receipt of all documents
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and liaising with security
Maintaining Health Management Systems
Liaison with various healthcare providers
Assisting the administrator with the Accounting

Qualifications And Experience


 

Degree or Diploma in Secretariat and Business Administration or any related qualification
2 years post qualification experience
Experience in the same post will be an added advantage
