Job Summary


We are looking for a receptionist to manage the front desk and be involved in administrative work as well as assisting around the office and in procurement . A cheerful personality, and someone who is well put together, neat and tidy.


Duties And Responsibilities


– Answering and forwarding incoming calls
– Welcoming guests upon arrival
– performing admin work such as photocopying and scanning.
– Creating invoices
– Business procurement and facilitation
– Ordering
– Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
– Assisting in procurement

Qualifications And Experience


– Degree in office administration
– Degree in procurement and supply chain management
– Front office representative
– Excellent communication skills
– Quick decision making and the ability to be pro active when the
need arises
– Has very good knowledge in Microsoft office Suite
