Salaries Administrator

Job Summary


 

The incumbent will report to the Industrial Relations Manager and will be responsible for the following, among other duties:

• Ensuring that junior Salaries and Benefits are processed timely.
• Facilitating timely payment of all statutory requirements.
• Effective supervision of subordinates
• Processing the junior payroll.
• Producing payslips and other monthly reports.
• Reconciliation of allocated payroll folios.
• Attending to salary related grievances/queries.
• Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Duties And Responsibilities

Qualifications And Experience


 

Qualifications and Attributes
• Degree in Accounting or Full CIS or HND in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• A professional qualification in Human Resources and payroll administration will be an added advantage
• At least 3 years relevant working experience.
• Must have knowledge of Belina Payroll System.
