Duties And Responsibilities


 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops sectional annual budget and forecasts all resource requirements to include: fuel, stationary, office furniture, etc.
Creates and updates the Fund’s Asset Register on a regular basis.
Maintains the Fund’s assets (movable and immovable) and ensures that they are in good working condition all the times.
Allocates office space and ensures that all offices are adequately equipped with functional resources. Identifies and recommends disposal of obsolete or unwanted assets for the Fund.
Ensures that all Fund’s assets are insured, licensed, safe and secure at all times.
Develops effective stores controls and maintain acceptable stock levels at all times.
Develops effective control mechanisms on fleet management and fuel management.
Conducts fuel audits for the organisation’s vehicles and other services.
Maintains updated files/records for each vehicle with relevant information.
Develops and maintains effective records management system and procedures to ensure safe custody of all records and security items.
Manages the Front Office by instituting proper systems and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develops and submits routine sectional reports to the supervisor for informed decision making.
Manages and monitors subordinates performance by carrying out performance appraisals, identifying training gaps and recommending appropriate training.

Qualifications And Experience


 

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
Degree in Administration, Business Management or equivalent degree
A relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
At least 5 years’ relevant experience
Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills, good knowledge of SAP
Clean class four (4) driver’s license
