Job Summary


 

Traverze is a leading treasure and business travel management agency with its headquarters in Harare Zimbabwe and also and Zambia. Our Travel Management Agency is looking for a competent Tours Consultant who is able to discuss and learn about clients’ travel requirements and advise suitable travel options in accordance with their need, wants and capabilities.

 

Duties And Responsibilities


 

The incumbent will execute the following but not limited to:
• Create Holiday packages.
• Provide VISA assistance to clients.
• Provide exceptional service to clientele.
• Provide expert travel advice on worldwide destinations.
• Accomodation booking.
• Use sales skills to convert enquiries into bookings
• Assist with transportation hire and transfers.
• Complete all required travel documentation within specified time frames.
• Maintaining contact with guests between booking and departure.
• Make booking for client activities.

Qualifications And Experience


 

Applicants should possess the following :
• A Travel and Tourism Degree or equivalent.
• At least Five years experience in the mentioned position or equivalent.
• Computer Skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English(written and spoken).
• Prior relationships with Tour Operators.
