Job Summary


 

Applications are therefore invited from suitably qualified and experienced Zimbabwean citizens below the age of fifty (50), with a clean security, disciplinary, criminal record, to fill the following permanent establishment vacant positions. Candidates with a good knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (QMS) in particular ISO 9001:2015, will have a distinct advantage.

Duties And Responsibilities


 

Job Description
18.1 Training in Parliamentary reporting
18.2 Training in verbatim reporting of Parliamentary proceedings
18.3 Preparing transcripts for editing
18.4 Training in sub-editing
18.5 Typing speed coaching
18.6 Records management
18.7 Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Director Hansard

Qualifications And Experience


 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
1. A Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies
2. At least 5 “O” Levels including English Language and Accounts / Maths Excellent command of English
1. Knowledge of current affairs
2. Typing speed (50 w. p.m.)
3. High level computer literacy
Audio Typing
Excellent listening skills
1. Experience in shorthand is a distinct advantage
2. Able to work under pressure in a team environment
