Duties And Responsibilities
Preparing and managing budget and all activities of the whole section.
> Motivate and lead staff to promote a positive image of the business
> Balancing daily revenue, reporting and cashing.
> Overseeing stock levels and ordering supplies and ensuring safe storage
> Maintaining hygienic standards in and around the premises.
Qualifications And Experience
A qualification in the Hospitality Management or equivalent
Relevant working experience
Maturity
Ability to stand and work for extended hours
Knowledge of Winery, Cocktails
Knowledge of Quickbooks and excel is a Must.
