Job Summary


 

To provide support to FODPZ operations in various departments. Detailed job descriptions will be provided to successful candidates.

 

Duties And Responsibilities


 

Expectations

In providing support to various departments within the organization, volunteers are expected to perform to the best of their ability as there could be room for engagement on salaried basis within upcoming projects.

Safeguarding is a key component for FODPZ as we work with children and vulnerable adults. Volunteers are therefore expected to have a clean and traceable record of non-abusive/violent behaviour.

Qualifications And Experience


 

1 x Programmes Assistant
• Degree in Social Sciences, journalism and mass communication, IT, Education, Monitoring and Evaluation, or any related field.
• Knowledge on programmes management and implementation.
• Key reporting skills.
• Traceable references for previous engagements.
• Basic knowledge of computer packages, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Staying in or around Westwood area in Harare, or willing to commute at own expense.

1 x Information Technology Assistant
• Diploma/Degree in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge of data bases and network systems.
• Knowledge on e-mail trouble shooting and hosting.
• Staying in or around Westwood area in Harare, or willing to commute at own expense.
• Traceable references for previous engagements.

1 x Information and Communication Assistant
• Degree in Mass and Communication Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledge of printing and publishing material.
• Knowledge on management of social media platforms.
• Knowledge on digital marketing.
• Staying in or around Westwood area in Harare, or willing to commute at own expense.
• Traceable references for previous engagements.

1 x Finance Assistant
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
• Knowledge of Pastel and data capturing is a distinct advantage.
• Staying in or around Westwood area in Harare, or willing to commute at own expense.
• Traceable references for previous engagements.
